As quick as the ice season started the heat has creeped into the valley with a warm summer like breeze. The last week has been absolute all time ice conditions and I can only hope this last week was not a once in a lifetime event. I will put together a blog posts about the 4 first ascents and the second ascent of Alex Lowes “Mean Streak” this week. As of today, conditions in the valley have taken a turn for the worse so I may not update conditions until cooler temps return. Tomorrow’s weather looks the hottest and the overnight lows are not promising. Once I take a look at the valley mid week I will update everyone.
